KAAM TEAPOT FOUNDATION

 

The Kamm Teapot Foundation is headquartered in Encino, California and stores its collection in Statesville, North Carolina. Founded as a charitable trust in 2004 by Sonny and Gloria Kamm, it has an extensive collection of teapots, tea sets, and teapot-related ephemera. Its 17,000 objects range from historical decorative arts to industrial design icons to unique works of contemporary art, and they include teapots made of ceramic, glass, metal, wood, fiber, minerals, and many other materials.

NEWARK MUSEUM

The Newark Museum is located in Newark, New Jersey. Its collection of over 8,000 objects represents the major artists and movements of American art. It features works by prominent American artists such as Hiram Powers, Thomas Cole, John Singer Sargent, Mary Cassatt, Edward Hopper, Norman Rockwell, Georgia O’Keeffe, and Joseph Stella, among many others.

NEW BRITAIN MUSEUM OF AMERICAN ART

 

The New Britain Museum of American Art is located in New Britain, CT. The NBMAA collection represents the major artists and movements of American art and numbers about 8,274 paintings, works on paper, sculptures, and photographs.

In 2006, Mara’s work was featured in “Mara Superior: A Retrospective”, which displayed works from the collections of the artist and of Melinda and Dr. Paul Sullivan.

The Chazen Museum is located in Madison, Wisconsin on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. Formerly known as the Elvehjem Art Center, it has over 23,000 works that represent the entire spectrum of art history across culture, period, media, and genre.

THE CHIPSTONE FOUNDATION
