BENNINGTON MUSEUM

 

The Bennington Museum is located in Bennington, Vermont. It has an expansive collection of art and historical artifacts representing the region’s diverse arts, rich history, and culture of innovation from the 18th century to the present.

“Allure, A Dream House”, 1996 (2019. 1.3 a-c), “A Landscape/A Cow”, 1985 (2019. 1.2), and “Vermont View”, 2005 (2019. 1.1), were acquired by the museum in 2018 as part of a major gift by the Kohler Foundation. The pieces were selected for their New England imagery as part of the museum’s focus on regional objects.
